My doctors are trying to decide if my kidney is shutting down or if it's just being difficult. I've got a bunch of tests tomorrow and next Friday. I miss being here, but I've been so busy with stupid stuff.

Perhaps it's just being lazy and making the other one do all the work. I know that they treat lazy eye by covering the stronger eye with a patch, so perhaps you could try really hard to pee from one side or something?

Mavis Staples' new disc is amazing. I heard a great interview with her on NPR and then an hour later the cd I won from the radio station arrived.
Yeah, I really like the record. I'm glad I had a chance to see her perform.
Now that all the colleges are back in session we have a lot of amazing acts coming through western NY. I can't wait.
