Yes - I think we've been there - several times! Well not actually but oh.........

Paula was too good for you my friend................and also gutter trash such as myself!

Ah, Benedict. You don't need to marry her just because she is pregnant you know. It is not 1925.

If they don't call it Sherlock I'll be most disappointed. It works for either gender and everything.

I think Sherlock is awesome for a boy. I do like a good old fashioned consonant beginning and ending name on a man.

But they'll go posh - Wilberforce or something.

Wilberforce Cumberbatch.

It will be an epically posh name. I cannot wait.

Tarquin Chauncey Cumberbatch.

Nah it will be Quentin obviously!

Q Cumberbatch

I knew a Cumberbatch for several years.

His name was Dalton.

Originally from Barbados. Now Hackney.

As for the topic, I'd choose.....dunno.

Spatula would shorten "nice".

:D

I currently rather admire Gaston from Beauty and the Beast.

And was his Dad in the RAF?

(Not a joke)

How about Bamber Cumberbatch?

Erm, not so far as I am aware.

He is quite a bit older than me - early to mid 60s in age - and black.

That would make his father someone born in the 1920s/1930s.

I haven't seen him for more than four years.

Yes.

Or Kumquat.

Tbh, I like Q best but someone on the Norfolk Coast got there first. :)
