Me too.
I hate 'em.
Things I just don't "get". Page 5
Gone with the Wind. It's not because I'm young and don't get old films. I do, I love old films. Love them, but Gone with the Wind is just quite... dull.
Star Wars.
Or rather, I do get it, I just don't get why anybody would think it was the best film ever made. Let alone why millions would.

I agree. Any adults who like Star Wars too much, have more then 1 piece of merchandising or watch it more then twice a year. Sad.
I quite like Star Wars, I'm not one of these people who are obsessed with it and I don't think I own any merchandise (actually I think I have a Star Wars PC game, somewhere.)
But to me, what I think is cool about it are Light Sabres. If they came out, I'd certainly get one.
Oh yeah, If I find myself holding anything long and cylindrical (shut up) I always have to have a little pretend fight with light sabre sound effects.

Do the punters find that irritating?

- Lord of the Rings
- Johnny Depp. What's the all the fuss? His acting is wooden and flat. I can appreciate this guy is good looking..etc..etc.., but he's a useless actor if you ask me.
- Reading for pleasure. Ever since I was young, I hated reading books. I still do, nothing has changed. I find it immensely boring.
Cars.
Quote: zooo @ January 25, 2008, 2:54 PMYeah I don't understand how it can be 'refreshing'. And how people drink it on hot days!? It's most people's default drink.
Tea just makes me all hot and uncomfortable. Yuck.
Hot tea is lovely on a summers day.

That's because you don't live with Charley.
Bleurgh.
I was born without a tea gene.
If I drink it, even in winter, I literally have to take a layer of clothing off. Maybe I'm made all wrong.
Roll on summer then.

I think that that must be my problem too.
I like tea, occasionally.
