Quote: Mark @ January 26, 2008, 8:16 PMAny writers who've been reading about this event and wavering over whether or not to go... if seeing me and Aaron apparently holding hands isn't enough to get you along, here's something which should definitely tempt you to stick the 12th Feb in your diary and get your ticket request in ASAP:
Apparently at the end of the discussion there's going to be a mini-pitching opportunity. From what I understand, for a bit of fun at the end, members of the audience will be given 30 seconds to pitch a sitcom idea to the panel and then get feedback on it.
OK, it's not going to be a make or break career pitch for you - but it is a chance to get feedback on your idea from some of the top people in the industry, most notably BBC1's Lucy Lumsden - the woman in control of the biggest comedy commissioning budget in this country.

See you there!
I'm so glad you posted this as I had it in my head that this was on the 11th. I will be just a few streets away at a work event which finishes an hour before it starts so I have to go now! I'll see any BSG-ers there!
