Hasn't that guy off BBc Three, Wooten, got a character thats similar aswell?

Also if the crowd have had more than half a shandy you won't last long not doing jokes however post ironic it is.

Hi AJP

I don't know who Wooten is I'm afraid. The idea is not to perform this, it's really a character performing it in the context of another show. Maybe a sketch show or something.

EDIT:
Shirley Ghostman is it? never seen anything of his other than that one.

Hi David:

Paehaps the observational set might be too close to Coogan from what you're saying. Come to think of it the gag about standing at the window just observing rings a bell with me now. I'm thinking that it was maybe that deadpan American guy Steven Wright?

Wooten does perform it in his new sketch show. Its an American comedian who says things like 'Aeroplanes? Whats that all about' 'Two men walk into a pub. C'mon!' etc.

Bloody git! Him not you I mean. :D He must have nicked my laptop for the day. Bah! Sassa fassa rassen Rick Rastardly Pirate

I liked the first and I like the second. Good on radio. He could be in a club. Not one single laugh throughout and just one clap at the end.
