Send it to both and tell them they're lucky that you're bothering with them at all. That usually gets results!

No, send it to both.
You frequently see the same sketch at both shows, but one show's in Brighton and the other's at a small venue in Little Venice. So apart from sad, wandering writers, who can't bear to miss a single precious word of theirs being delivered to the world, there's no cross-over of audience whatever.
And if you do strike lucky and get it in both you get a much better chance to see how the sketch works, and whether it really was just the actors who were f**king it up.
Speed is of the essence, so it's certainly mad to wait for one show not to use it before you try the other.
Except. Only send the naked male punch-line gags to Treason. Mark Brailsford has copyright on those, and Newsrevue would just think you were kinky. Ditto all the Brighton/Seagull jokes.

Well, you confused us by changing names. We didn't know what to write on the envelope.
Despite being on the NewsRevue mailing list, I am unable to ever receive the running orders. NewsRevue aren't sure why, so I don't know what's going on.
I sent off 5 sketches this week and would like to know if they got in to this weeks show. So, when the running orders come out could someone please let me know if any of my (Ben Ricketts) sketches got in?

Last run I had was 31/1 and I'm afraid nothing so far. But there are a number of sketches bumped throughout a run and if yours is in reserve it might well get on.
Well, I didn't get anything in this weeks NR show.
A bit disappointed as I thought at least one of my sketches was good enough to get in there, but oh well. I guess I'll just have to keep on plugging away.
