The Bus Ride

I spend a lot of time on buses and I'm bored so I thought I'd write a sketch.

SCENE. INT. BUS. MORNING

A young man enters the bus and takes a seat.

An older woman takes the seat next to him; she appears to be wearing dirty, loose clothing.

The young man shifts up.

MAN (V.O):
(Looking uncomfortable)
God, I always have to sit next to the old woman who stinks of piss!

OLD WOMEN:
(Angrily)
Well I’m sorry if I’ve offended you, but my boilers on its arse, so f**k you young man!

The women storms off the bus in anger.

Everyone is staring at the young man.

MAN (V.O):
(Shifting down in his seat)
God, I always have to sit next the old woman who has mind reading psychic abilities!

END.

I have no idea where I was going with this...

It's hilarious!!
I'd just like to add, the reason old people stink of piss is that they lose their sense of smell, so when they wash and not as good as they used to, they think they smell clean.

I didn't get this at first, but that's because I didn't read it properly. Then I read it properly and thought it was good!

Reading things properley will give a clearer understanding of most things...i hope lesson learnt!

This was good Paul. Although I was expecting the MAN to be the weirdo on the bus that thinks out aloud.

Very funny and topical. Old people do stink of piss. Cull them.
