Actually they have, kind of. Do you remember when Tennant was picking out his costume in the first christmas special? Well, they showed his "wardrobe," but that's it.
That was the one single time. And it lasted about 3 seconds.

There's lots of things they're missing from the old episodes - like the fact that the tardis' cloaking device is broken which is why it is stuck as a police box. Have to admit there are great stories though, good to see on TV.
