Of course I do the detail is boring though
Detail of the crocodile is in denial.
Finally read through what I've missed. And I'd just like to throw this into the River debate. I don't get that its linear from what's gone before.
Didn't she say in the Pandorica two part something like "I've got the spotter's guide to the Doctor." And she referred to him being more bearable when he was older in the Library.
I can see what Matthew's aguing I think but equally I can see Marc's point. Why should it be linear, especially when we know that time is actually wibbly wobbly timey wimey bits... That sentence got away from me a bit.
Quote: Timbo @ April 26 2011, 12:36 PM BSTI think everyone is missing the real point of River Song. She has enormous norks.
Bollocks does she. C-cup, tops.
Quote: sootyj @ April 26 2011, 12:38 PM BSTBSG certainly painted it's self into a big boring corner. But it managed to do it amazingly early on.
No, BSG only really lost it in those final two series (or final season, really, since the Writers strike meant they had to split it). Up until then it had been brilliant. They jumped the shark when the Final Five started humming All Along The Watchtower.
It was the final season, I agree with Chip.

I like to think of you as the Chewbacca to my Han Solo!
Well at least I'm not the Princess!

That's Godot. You should see him in a chainmail bikini.
F**king hell, I' ve been to lunch and back, and you're all still going on.

We were just about to discuss who would make the best next Doctor.

I meant plot wise silly pants.
Once they had that daffy idea that dead cylons rematerialised on the base ship with their memories intact. It became why don't they just say where the fleet is and blow it up?
Not to mention If you've infiltrated the fleet why not just I dunno blow it up?
They never answered the questions, but when it was a zippy Iraq war anology, fleeing the implacable enemy. Then who cared?
Once it slowed down these faults became apparent.
