Obviously Moffat has been setting us up for a while now to believe Song is in prison for killing the Doctor.
The line "of course" after she fails to shoot the astronaut in the latest ep suggests she at least knows who did it.
Let's hear some theories. It can't be that obvious.
Was the Astronaut the Doctor himself?
The thought occured to me, but if Song knows that, would she shoot at him?
Does she shoot & then say "of course"?
