I thought the little kid looking through the keyhole looked a bit like young Amy. But I suppose it was just the little boy we see earlier in the clip.
I bet it's Omega, but that's just me.

Well they've already shown all four of them in pictures from different episodes, so I'm assuming it must be some sort of 'we see their death in the future' thing in the opening episodes. Something like that.
