I'm on Sun Tzu - The Art Of War at the minute verrry long.

I'm sure you will make good use of your new knowledge when you are finished? :O

about as useful as any book really...so none at all.

But I'm not letting the kid listen to Chris f**king Robinson faff arsing around with a bear.

Question is, will Ryan now get higher billing on After You've Gone? I do hope so. He's the highlight of the show, and a great guy.

I second that. :D :D

I thought last nights episode was quite good reminicant of the unquiet dead and the Claw but still good ep overall. I'm actually enjoying David as the Dr...Oh but did anyone see him in the BBC wales ad staright after talking in his Scottish accent dressed as the Doctor it was weird!

Also, his podcast commentary was the funniest ever. Pleased

Aw.
If the boys from Big Bang Theory have taught me one thing, and they have, it's that time machines can be more trouble than they're worth.

LOL.

It's not possible. The speed you would have to go would be unfathomable have a look at Universe in a Nutshell by Stephen Hawking brilliant book.

I'm surprised you can read at all, let alone a book like that.

Must of used clothes pegs to keep their eyes open. That book doesn't exactly sound interesting. Laughing out loud

But hey, what do i know.

I saw the first few minutes of last nights Dr Who, and haven't got round to seeing the rest of it yet, and not sure if I'll bother.

One stupid Donna slapper joke, and my interest just waned.

The Sontaran episode seemed a real plus that I enjoyed.

But with all the UNIT stuff, there actually wasn't that much Dr Donna stuff. When they focus on the two of them it's dire.

I thought Stephen Hawking had changed his mind on this, I must admit I'm not as up to date on my New Scientist but thought I had read since the book he had changed his stance, as I say I may be wrong.

A quick google reveals that he has indeed changed his stance, one of his cambridge lectures.

Quite liked that Dr Who having now seen it. Pleasantly accurate parody of Christie's style.

Why do people like those dreadful books?

I don't get it. Why do people like this episode? Series 4 overall has been pretty poor, and this episode was *kind of* the worst so far. I say kind of because it worked perfectly well as an Agatha Christie-Dr Who hybrid spoof, but I don't really want spoofs. I'm happy to leave it for sketch shows to spoof Dr Who.

Every series of new Who to date has been way better than this one at the same stage. I know we've got the Moffat two-parter to come but even there the trailer leaves me worried that he's doing a re-hash - for "statues" read "shadows".

Here's hoping things get better.

The were-wasp who kills in the style of a Christie novel.

That maybe the worst monster in any show ever.

Even Buffy would have been ashamed of that.

Lol yes i remember, we are only obeying orders was a common cry during the 40's

Oh, I see, you're the one defending people with weird, some would say obscene, pizza tastes and somehow WE'RE the Nazis? I don't think so.

OKaaay, some misplaced frustration there perhaps?

Well, not been on for a couple of days.

;)
