That would be awesome.

Just noticed in another pic that he also appears to have suspenders holding up his trousers. Which I like. There's definitely a touch of Troughton about the look.

Yup they would be called braces over here.

What are they called for socks? Suspenders or braces?

I actually put that first, then changed it! Had a bit of a mind blank. Even Googled it to try and figure out which is right.I have too much time on my hands.

As much as I love Tennant in the role, it does make you wish his final episodes would hurry up and be done with so we can get to the exciting newness.

Just wrong.

Agreed. Not for the first time I can't help but feel they've fluffed this mini season of Doctor Who episodes by spreading them out over a year.

Just wrong.

You want to get Jack Delaney in some. It'd certainly make him stand out from all those other maverick detectives. :)

I can understand the thinking behind it, but it does feel like dragging it out now, and makes Tennant seem sort of old hat. He doesn't feel like the current Doctor anymore. If you know what I mean.

I hear you, brother. He's a lame duck doctor. Like those last few months of an American presidents term after a new guy's been elected and is waiting to take office. Tennant's the George Bush of Doctor Who's.

It also doesn't help that his last two stories have been a bit bland.

Maybe if the next story is killer it'll invigorate his reign.

Like that Torchwood miniseries.

Yeah, but with Torchwood you don't know where it's going. With DW you know the doctors going to regenerate into Chinny.
