You know what, I wanted someone older, but I think he could be a very good choice. He's a fine actor, and somewhat odd seeming; a good combination for the role. And at the end of the day, he's going to be in brilliant Moffatt scripts, so it's all going to be golden!

Well, how about that, a big surprise. Yesterday everyone was saying Chiwetel Ejiofor (CE) on some of the websites where people think about Doctor Who 24/7 and find out things such as this before anyone else. So, it was a nice surprise, and something of a relief to see who they've cast. Is he a bit young though? If the production schedule is too hectic to offer 40+ actors the part then the schedule should be changed. What next for the 12th Doctor - an 8 year old? Good luck Matt!

Huh? That's crazy talk from Zooo; she may not fancy him, but he can certainly act. Whether he ends up being a good Doctor is something we'll have to wait and see, obviously.

No, I did want someone older, but I like him, he's odd looking in a good way and I've liked him in other things.
