Doctor Who... Page 236

No.

I think it's time for another good actor. Don't give a shit what colour he is.

I don't really watch Doctor Who, but god am I f**king glad I don't have to see David Tennant and his stupid facial gestures anymore.

Wave

If you don't watch it, why do you say "anymore"?

Surely now you're more likely to see him elsewhere now he's not tied to Doctor Who.

You twat. :)

Ohhhhh but I wont be seeing him present 'The Friday/Sunday Night Project' over and over again. And I wont be seeing him on Jonathan Ross and every other chat show imaginable, every time a new series of Doctor Who starts.

But most importantly of all, hopefully you will now change your avatar and I wont be having to see him in that either. Wave

He'll still be on all those shows I'm afraid.
He's not retiring from TV.

Oh yeah, mustn't forget to do the obnoxious waving thing...

Wave

I wouldn't mind a change of avatar though. Preferably to zooo herself. Because she's gorgeous.

I like David Tennant as an actor, I dislike him as Dr. Who.
I can't stand his over acting silly gestures like 'Eat my Shirts'. Glad he's obviously having fun playing the character but wish he would have taken it a bit more seriously...even though Dr. Who has become known as a silly character.

There's no such character as Dr Who.

I can't hear the tone you used when you wrote that Zooo but I'm imagining you saying it squinted eyed and gritted teeth.

:):)

David Tennant should retire from acting (he's not particularly great at it) and become a professional gurner. He could make a good living out of gurning contests. He should take Davina McCall with him. She's another one who seems to do nothing but pull stupid faces.

Beacause Tom Baker, the best known Doctor, wasn't at all over the top, gurning, over blown and silly! Tom Baker is loved because of the role, but he was a boggled eyed loon compared to Tennant!

Yes, good point. Why are you even on this thread if you don't like/watch Who? Oh yes, to get on peoples tits! :D Carry on, my apologies.

Yeah, you often find that people who are "not very good at acting and should give up" get invited to play Hamlet by the Royal Shakespeare Company.

Damn you and your logic! *shakes fist*

up until recently I'd never seen any Dr. Who episodes in more than a decade, so my co-worker and I are catching up with the series beginning with the Eccleston year. It's been enjoyable so far; today we watched the one with Simon Pegg. It beats working, that's for sure.

It beats working.

They should put that on the next DVD cover!
