I thought he did too.
Saturdays episode is repeated tonight IIRC.

Yep, I think you're right.

This series hasn't finished yet has it? Thought it was 25 episodes?
Correct. They're doing a Christmas special and taking a few weeks off in the middle though, I thiiink.
Exactly what I was referring to.
"See you Boxing Day" . . . doesn't seem to be over . . .
But it's basically the end of the current regular run. We're getting the special and in that brief period the show is on a very short break.
I got the DVD of TV Burp for Christmas, haven't watched it yet and then I got a slightly bad feeling that the "Best of" they're currently showing could well be the DVD re-edited into TV form.
Can anyone confirm that?
Coz if it is, I'm changing it!!

While as funny as you'd expect Harry Hill it to be, the DVD was a let down. With only a 60 minute Burp and a smattering of extras, it was far too short. Your bad feeling is well founded as the 'Best Of' is exactly how you discribe and is a rehash of the DVD - or is it the other way round.
Sad to say that as good as Harry Hill is the DVD is just a rip off.
Well that's annoying. My first clue was the complete lack of "Buy Harry Hill's new DVD" ads over the end credits like they crammed in before Christmas...
Why do ITV have this weird compulsion to release "Exclusive" DVDs and then broadcast them shortly afterwards? Humph.
Back to Zavvi for a refund then....oh. Bugger.
What a cracking show this is. I always find it easy to forget it's on, but I've caught the last couple of episodes and I think it's better than ever. It's great that they can get away with doing a show at 6.15pm on ITV1 that mocks some ITV1 shows - including those later on in the same Saturday night line up.
I reckon they just think of it as extra advertising!
I mean, I watched a bit of that Tarrant quiz show straight afterwards purely because they'd been talking about it.
I switched it off because it was absolute shite, but still.
His taking the piss out of Paris Hilton was brilliant.

"Who wouldn't want to be Paris Hilton's best friend?"
"MEEEEEEEEE!"
I missed it. I'll try and catch it tonight.
