Well, much belated welcome. I'm awake, probably due to the fact that I'm such an argumentative bastard.
I make a mean sandwich. Brown bread, buttered, plus ham, grated cheese (good qaulity flavoursome brand), lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, and a smattering of chilli sauce. That's my patented Jimmy Special. As Adrian Mole said, if you make it, you have to pay me royalties.
