I'm signed up with Amazon. Pretty much every DVD they have for sale, is available to rent too. Including a lot of foreign, unknown stuff.. 
It's possible to sign up to all the dvd sites and get a years free worth of rentals. Lovefilm sent me a 3 month free trial the other week if anyone wants it? Not sure I still have it though?
Yeah in theory you can just go around the net sign up to loads of DVD rental sites and get free DVDs then cancel... I think some you have to pay for like another 3 months, but it's well worth it.
