I think that Porridge Xmas DVD is for sale in my local Oxfam for about four quid. They've got loads of classic comedy DVDs in there at the moment - Till Death, Rising Damp, Porridge, Les Dawson, and also both series of Worst Week Of My Life, which I liked. I may have to go in and clear them out.

Charity shops always have loads of great old otherwise-hard-to-find comedy stuff!

Unfortunately it's usually on video.

No one's mentioned the Christmas special of the Good Life, thats a pretty god one IMHO.

Undoubtedly Knowing Me, Knowing Yule. I particularly like the disabled golfer with the unbearable upbeat wife.

Well without being biased the first of the two Steptoe Christmas specials is my all time favourite, have watched that one every Christmas (and more) for the last 18 years and I still find it as enjoyable as the first one. Also I enjoyed the Bottom christmas special and the Royle Family one too!
