ITV sitcoms to watch online

I've just discovered www.itv.com/BestofITV/comedy, thought I'd share the link in case others haven't discovered it yet.

You can watch full series of Rising Damp, A Bit of a Do, A Fine Romance, Jeeves and Wooster, The Army Game, Doctor in the House and some other comedies on there.

It's a bit of a small viewer, and annoyingly has adverts, but does at least offer a way to watch a few sitcoms one might not bother buying on DVD. I've been playing a couple of episodes of A Fine Romance in the background whilst I've been working - very enjoyable.

And all available on DVD, I think?

What a surprise. Rolling eyes

Come on guys, give us an example of something we CAN'T see already!

Your new haircut! :O

Am annoyed they don't have The Upper Hand, Second Thoughts or Watching available to view.

TUH is fairly regularly on Paramount, but not DVD. They wouldn't risk giving a competing channel the edge. Don't think anything else on there is broadcast anywhere other than ITV, if at all?

Nope ITV2 has not showed any of those for about 2 years.

Well Rising Damp is on ITV3 quite a bit. And, now that I think about it, Doctor in the House I'm pretty sure has been on Men & Motors recently too.

They could do with putting Barbara on it too that has not been aired for a while.

This is good news, the bbc are also doing somethink the same.

I want to watch Human Remains. I think thats the one with Julia Davies in anyway. If anyone knows when that is likely to repeat I would be thankfull.

Thanks Mark

Yes Mark Fankoo. Now how can I repay you for your kindness. I have no money. But I have very nice legs.

Yeah but what is the betting that stuff like Birds Of A Feather, 2 Point 4 Children, If You See God Tell Him, Dad, Ever Decreasing Circles, Office Gossip, etc.. won't be on it. Only Only Fools, 2 pints and recent stuff.

EDC is out on DVD, so entirely possible. Remember the point of these things is primarily to shift DVDs, not entertain you.

They might be on there.
