With respect to any subsequent court case AJP Vs. Carling, it will be interesting to see on what points of law you will actually win your case!
I suspect the matter will be settled out of court anyway!

Yeah I don't think it's really stolen, just the 'no trainers' idea is quite a common thing to pick up on. There's been quite a few ideas I've had that I've then seen used on other comedy shows, it's not that they've seeked out my material and stolen it but more of just having a similar idea.
