If only they were as good as ours though, still nice to have some to remind us of how great ours are. *waves Union Jack emoji no longer allowed by social media owning wokerati.
Now on to my aged red leicester on grilled crumpets. 🙂

Windsor Red & Jarlsberg. My two must-have Christmas cheeses.
Not tried Windsor Red but I'll looking for it now. Yes Jarlsberg's quite nice as a once in a while change, in those thin slices the Scandinavians eat cheese in, on Rivita crackers with some pickle. Emmental's the one euro cheese I do occasionally buy for that something different taste, and brie which is a different thing entirely. And Bavarian smoked. (I'm possibly hiding a sneaky regard for Euro cheese then, but all cheese is good).
Fed up with not being able to find Caerphilly in any supermarket I shall be popping along to the nearest farm shop (Milford) to see if they have any yet, but with no real hope. They didn't the last time I visited, which was a bit galling when they had over a hundred other cheeses, many of which I'd never heard of.
How has this cheese, famous for being the feature ingredient of the delectable Welsh Rarebit gone missing from our shops and kitchens? And if anyone knows where I can get hold of some then please say. Ta in advance. 🧀💖

You have to look carefully.
As long as they have plenty of Wensleydale, Gromit lad
Aldi have had it in sometimes.
Not reliably, though.
