I am - I've been skirting around the issue of doing stand up for the last couple of years but I've done a few open mic spots recently and I'm going to finally take the plunge and have a go at all the competitions next year.

Hi paul, I actually live in Southport nr Liverpool. So i have a 5 hour coach trip ahead of me!
I have a week off work that week though so had no excuse. I tried to get into the bolton heat but it's already full. It's a very london centric competition.
Should be fun though, all i need now is some funny material, stagecraft, charm etc etc etc.
We'll have to meet up at the event?
Yeah, sounds like a plan, I actually went to leciester to watch my mate quit uni as ya do! I actually passed the place we're doing the gig, it's a stones throw from the train station so easy for me to get there.
I assume you got the one at the veggie restaruant?
