Hahaha!

Me too, I do wish theyd do more two parters, it gives the stories more room to breathe; though i understand why they dont. I cant wait for Moffats two parter thats coming up.

Indeed they are, and I can't wait for his two-part story either. I've written a two-part Doctor Who story, and if anyone wants to read it I'll happily send it to them (shameless self-promotion was never my forte).

Plus that rugger-bugger chanting at the end was just silly. And Catherine Tate still annoys me, I lose interest every time she's on.

Oh, i liked that; I found it quite unnerving and fanatical. As for Tate; in which bits of this episode was she actually bad? As I was watching I thought that those who disliked Tate would be hard pressed to slate her this week, seeing as how her part was quite straight. Martha, though I do like her, is, you have to admit, more than a little wooden at times; Tate is certainly a better straight actress; though I imagine that theres no chance that some will ever change their minds.

At least she's not Martha.

I can't help it. She just annoys me. I'm immersed in the storyline and then she galumphs into the scene gurning and mugging and I just think OI GET OFF MY TELLY I"M TRYING TO WATCH DR.WHO.

I can definitely see that side of it.

But I can also see that she's not that bad. And in some scenes she totally works. I don't even mind her family as much as I've minded other companions'.

It's a bit confusing, I don't know what to think.

I know I wasn't as bothered by Rose or Martha as I am by her though. But that's not necessarily all her fault. They might not be writing for her properly.

I love Mickey!

Honestly? I think CT is out-classed in the acting stakes by the scenery. And I don't think Freema is wooden at all.

Anyway, I liked this episode. I thought the satnav teaser was great, and despite the scepticism of Aaron there will be many a car journey disrupted by kids making the most of that. Nice to have that conectivity with everyday life.

I don't have satnav, but that 'you have reached your final destination' has put me off even more!
I wanted it to position someone on the tracks in front of an approaching train, that would have been cool.

Also it was mega-lame to show that montage of Donna's adventures in the TARDIS as she was strolling down the road home. YOU HAVEN'T EARNED A MONTAGE AFTER ONLY FOUR EPISODES LUV.

You must have been listening to me shouting at the TV the exact same point.

And me. :)

True: I said 'talk about padding'... and my partner said I know look at her hips!

And Bernard Cribbins waving his arms eight times because she had been away for 4 days or something.... no.!!

I love the fact that every time I watch Dr Who the aliens always seem to ask: who is that? (of the Doctor)

Maybe they're making a statement!

Aw, don't be mean. Everyone on TV doesn't have to be skinny.

(Apart from David.)

How are the aliens supposed to recognise The Doctor when he changes his face every few years?

Well he did see her go off with a bloody spaceman!!! >_<

Two parters are way better. I enjoyed this. Great to see UNIT.

The old ones always used to be serials of about 6 parts. I'm sure they could stretch them all out a bit.
