BK which is about the best salt beef chain in the UK do hot beef tongue.

They pull it out of the steam tray, all pink and 3 foot long.

Then pull back the rough outer lair and slice it nice and thin and pile it up on rye bread.

The closer you get to the visceral organic nature of meat, the better, the more flavoursome.

Hannibal lives!

'visceral'. Now there's a word which makes me Sick For some reason it conjures up entrails and disembowelling.

No, the more sane people want to become vegetarian. ;)

If, like me, you suddenly fancy on impulse an Asda Carrot and Lentil Cottage Pie with Heartwarming Parsnip and Potato Crusty Topping . . . . .

Don't bother. It was shit !

FRAZZLES!!!!

Atkins "chocolate" bar... it does NOT give me the same satisfaction as a real chocolate bar, but I feel less guilty eating it.

Some chicken. You know, it's ok. Rather a pizza. Yum.

Sushi and antipasti.

Hash browns with cheese, onion, tomato and kale.

Tried some lemon and orange Wensleydale earlier and it was incredibly delicious.

Sounds nice, I always like those cheeses with cranberry or fig and ginger.

But not those ones that promise cranberry and there isnt enought

LYING BASTARDS.

Just wolfed down some ravioli in a tomato sauce topped off with parmesan. Just love Italian.

Chocolate ice cream and butterscotch custard.

Mc Rubbish...I like eating this unhealthy junk food from time to time.
