Just ignore your stomach, Ellie. Refuse to eat. I've lost a good 2 inches (we don't have scales here so I've no idea of weight) from my waist in the past two weeks or so.

Refusing to eat is a bad idea. I do atleast 2.6 miles of walking a day, sometimes double, plus training. If I didn't eat I'd keel over.
That's the wimp's attitude to weightloss!
I get angry if I'm hungry too.
