A USN-IGF1 pistachio flavoured pure protein whey shake, and a banana with a mug of black coffee, if you must ask.
What are you eating? Page 546
A protein milkshake and a coffee? You must be wired!

A heavy, heavy weights session this morning. The protein shake for muscle repair and black coffee aides muscle recovery.
I had my first banana since about January last week. Due to a massive cyclone in one of the main banana growing areas in January they have been unaffordable all year. Around $13/kilo at one point. They've just come down to around $3/kilo. Never thought eating a banana would feel like such a privlage.
Our bananas are grown in Central America for the most part and are usually about 40 cents per pound. They're always the cheapest fruit in the store.
We don't get any that cheap but usually they are affordable. Hoping we don't have any natural disasters this summer. We also experienced very severe flooding in many of the food growing areas. The cost of most fruit/veg went up for awhile or was in limited supply. Nothing was anywhere near as expensive as the bananas though.
Hey DaButt how do I spot a Riki Martin look alike?

And are you some testosterone loaded heman?
Why has the cost of peppers gone up so much?
I like the mixed pack of peppers at the moment. No green ones in there.
I've been priced out of the peppers market
Can't wait for someone to GM them, creeps me out that their seeds inexplicably turn up around the place, like tiny multiplying spies
I'm growing my own. Had the plants for a few months now. There's 3 on my windowsill. One plant has two small red peppers. Another has one big green one and the other has no peppers at all. We shall feast well this winter.
What kind of peppers are we talking about?
It's nice living this close to Mexico and Central America because we get decent produce all year long at reasonable prices.
We call them capsicum in Australia.
Sweet or bell peppers I'm talking about.
Could easily grow chilli peppers but I don't have the desire to.
