It's classic Italian sauce that's usually served with ravioli.

Do you have Italian ancestry or something else?
I'm pretty much of English stock with a bit of Czech thrown in. My grandfather was Italian but he was my mother's adoptive father.
There are zillions of Italians in the U.S. and it's probably the most popular ethnic food over here but the Mexicans are gaining ground.
I do like Italian food. Yum.
I like Italian food but I also like Mexican food. But which is best? There's only one way to find out...
EAT!

Sounds good but if you're like me double (at least) the amount of Parmesan to account for what you eat during the preparation!
I love the stuff!

I love the pasta but Italian cooking loses me when they start with seafood. Mexican food rarely disappoints because it's mostly peasant food and unpretentious.
Not much Italian seafood dishes come to mind, I've never really associated them together. I do think they set the bar with pasta.
I made lasagne yesterday. It was bloody lovely.
There are a lot of regional variations of Italian cooking and people near the water cook a lot of fish and mussels. Me no likey.
Urgh. Seafood is gross.
I used to love seafood. Although sometimes it does look a little slimy or with shrimp you can see eyes and gross things.

You made me think of battered Mars bars. I need to try one of them!

Yes, I don't mind so much a piece of fish (or a classy fish finger), once in a while. As long as it looks nothing like an actual fish.

I think I had one of those once.
Some kind of chocolate anyway.
It was... an experience.
