My mum was amazed when she saw these in the shop yesterday.

Cheese, wholemeal bread, beetroot and home made pickle onions. Made by my cousin. Mad as a hatter and almost perfectly round in shape she nevertheless makes the best pickled onions. And a Bud to wash it down.
