Just had a plate of shepherd's pie that I threw together from various stuff I had in the fridge. Washed it all down with 2 cans of Guinness and now I feel a nap coming on. Maybe I'll putter around in the garden when I wake up if it's not too hot outside.
I just had some spaghetti with white wine sauce and chicken, and am drinking lots and lots of water and squash. 
I'm having spaghetti for dinner too, not sure in what form though.
Chicken salad pitta bread.
And wine. I love Fridays.
