Being a fellow spice-lover I'd like to introduce you to a bowl of Bangalore Lamb Phal curry, Dabutt. I had one many moons ago, and it was a truly religious experience, in that it made me say "Jesus" a lot. Delicious but agony. If you've ever had a vindaloo, think that X10. I'm too much of a pussy to try it again but if you're ever in the UK (Or India), you should give it a whirl.
