3. If you don't think women and children are more important than men, it's a sure sign that you're gay! ;)

Call me old fashioned and patronising (and a gay paedophile^^) but I will always think women and children are more important than men by a long way. I'm a man and know how useless we are so call it experience Laughing out loud

Muhammad Abdul Bari said that Muslim principles - including stricter attitudes to drink, sex, marriage, abortion and dress - could improve the country and add more morality.

Laughing out loud

Judging by the success of Muslim sharia laws in the Middle East, we'd replace all the horror and immorality of democracy, drink and sex with the morality of indiscriminate beatings, intolerant theocracy, gender repression, murders, lynchings, and community flag-burning - all in the name of 'goodness'. But the Muslim Council do seem remarkable shy about bringing such demonstrably 'moral' success to the attention of the West.

I think the message here is: Sod the Renaissance, let's go back to the Dark Ages. :S

I'm still amazed that certain groups protested against the infamous cartoons (that presented Islam as a violent force) by going out in frenzied mobs and burning down churches and temples throughout the Middle East. That was a lucid and cogent argument, subtly developed by multitudes jumping up and down in the midday sun, slapping their heads.

When will we realise that the place to clean up the world starts within the person not an ideology? Ideologies don't care about individuals. Ideologies care about self-perpetuation. We could end drinking and sex and other 'sins' right now and yet the world would still not become any more moral, while the hearts and minds of the people are unchanged. The moral issue is an internal, voluntary and individual problem that an external compulsory mass ideology can never hope to solve.

They weren't merely offended by the represenation of Muhammad, they were offended that a non-believer had attempted to portray him at all. Infidels aren't really meant to discuss him, which creates an interesting problem as it's therefore extremely difficult to debate his existence.

"He doesn't exist!"
"Who?"
"You know....him."
"Who?"
"Well...whoever."

But there is no debate to be had as far as they're concerned, so there's no problem. No?

Well, their beliefs will obviously be a great asset to democracy then.

Anyway, this is presumably the same council that defended their right to castigate homosexuality but decided that a little cartoon in a danish newspaper just wasn't on. Another case of defending their right to believe while not necessarily respecting the beliefs.

Well, they are just like the Tories then really.

Tories: We're right and they're wrong!

Which brings me right back to my original point of getting Dr Bari in as a replacement for David Cameron...

Anyhoo, I think David has not been slow to recognise the threat, witness his new hard-line stance on rapists, which came about immediately subsequent to my original posting...;) Perhaps he's going to make sure thay receive "a decent telling off.."

Of course, with ol' Dr Bari at the helm, they'd get a decent chopping off.. assuming of course that The Home Office can catch any of them... I suspect under Dr Bari, heads would roll at the HO...

:)

Well, they are just like the Tories politicians then really.

Tories Politicians: We're right and they're wrong!

Almost anyone who's not American, or you, I suspect.

You really are an idiot.

And if you do, then you're a paedophile. Rolling eyes

I've just seen these outrageously accurate comments (not the Paedophilia mind, it's not a cheese I've ever been partial to!) ;)

-----------------------------------------------------

Yes, I accept the struck-out changes..

Politicians surely have to take the brunt of all this.

I see no answer though, just tougher times ahead.. Angry :(

Anyway, what's wrong with being gay?

Just the general lack of cock there would be in my life.

:O

SlagB says I suffer from that already, and I'm not even gay. Teary

Aw, there there. There there.

:O

We all need something to fill the hole in our lives

Or the hole in our wives, as I'm sure is the case for some.

Gosh what happened to my serious thread about drafting in Dr Bari as the new leader of the Conservative Party?

Cock?

Thinx: do lesbians use strap on cocks? And if so ...why? ;)
