Quote: Cinnamon @ November 27, 2007, 5:45 PMI think she'd be confused by you singing ANY songs while learning english.
Try breaking into Here Comes The Sun during act 2 of King Lear.
SBFs getting carried away with Aaron . its not good sister of mine. i think you should go for someone more like say Joe?
ANDY! >_< Im coming to use the printer so Im going to kill you in the process
Not seen 3. But saw series 1. Watched it all to make sure I wasn't being hasty. Never laughed aloud once. Smiled 3 or 4 times in 3 hours.
Dancing with a mask on your head is considered comedy? Episode 1 was more Strictly Come Dancing. Everyone seemed to be dancing. It was like Sat Night Fever on fast forward.
Charlie the chewing gum monster flying on a magic carpet, putting hairdos on household appliances was random assosiations to sound funny. It was a 60 second section that bored me after 20 seconds and the mention of a flying carpet. To me that's lazy. Mod wolves ditto. And an excuse for more dancing.
Tango Triceratops. Chacha Chameleons. Slamdunk dildoes. Anyone can do that.
That guy with the hairdo grinned thru episode 1 and 2. That shaman guy? did nothing for me. Totally unfunny. The word cheese was tagged on to make him funnier. A disposable character.
The episode about "but did blar REALLY blar" became totally boring with overuse. Ah but did it REALLY? Yawn. Yes it did esp when one of them delivered the killer line to top all the "REALLY " bits at the end of the first scene. From there on in the joke was blown. it couldn't be topped because they fired the killer comeback line too early. The episode end was a recycle of the first scene. Each line was predictable, being a single gag overused to death. Something that would get slammed in the writers section.
Saying "the gem of kabooboo" or whatever isn't a joke just an odd sounding word. lenny henry shouting katanga came to mind. and it wasn't funny back then. If odd sounding words make me laugh then I would go work in a stroke unit.
If the series 1 scripts had been posted anonamously here before they had ever been shown on TV they would have been torn apart. If you are being honest.
The best thing about the show is Moon's charm. It seems genuine. But I want to get WHY Boosh is so popular. But do I REALLY?
So if anyone can explain what they see in it I am happy to hear. but no "coz their well fit" replies. If they were two gross ugly guys rather than being cool trendy types would they have such a big following?
Do you really not understand the concept of some viewers having a different sense of humour to you?
I think Peter Kay is utter tedium at its worst (but of course I suppose that's because he's not 'fit' enough.) Anyway, I understand that millions of other people think he's hilarious.
You silly sausage.

i didn't enjoy it as much as 1 and 2. it seemed very self indulgent. i was never keen on those "crimping" songs.

I havent cause i couldnt be bothered to watch it online, so ill just watch it tonight, but robyn ofcourse cant handle a late night

The people who like it, myself included, do so because they happen to find it funny. An obvious answer I know, but ask a stupid question . . .
