TRUE, seems perfectly feasible.

04. Zag of Zig and Zag is a cross-dresser.

FALSE

TRUE, I reckon they put on discarded clothing, play a thrown away violin or whatever.

06. Bubble Buddy in Spongebob Squarepants is a cold-blooded murderer.

Never seen it, but this is probably TRUE but not in the way 'cold blooded murderer' initially comes across... like there's an episode where he just eats a fish, or some shit.

07. Neil Kinnock once uttered the catchphrase from the Flintstones "Yabba-Dabba-Doo" in a speech at a Labour Party conference.

Yes. 1 is true. The characters were devised by Freda Lingstrom and Maria Bird, co founders of BBC Children's Telivision in the 1950s. They lived together in a cottage on Winston Churchill's Chartwell estate.

2 is true. Oliver Postgate, creator of Pogles Wood, was the maternal grandson of Labour politician, and sometime leader, George Lansbury. Pacifism ran through his family and he was a long time member of CND.

3 is true. Richard Taylor Cartoons were the animators of Crystal Tipps and Alistair and also produced "Protect and Survive".

4 is actually true according to renowned poet and arts commentator Michael Rosen. Light socialism runs through the Clangers' characters and scripts. This would make sense as they were also created by Oliver Postgate.

5 is indeed false. The Magic Roundabout was French in origins but there is no such museum.

6 is an interesting one. I will allow you false but it could be either. According to many people, Joanna Lumley was the voice of Mrs Kiki Frog but she has always denied it.

7 is arguably more true than false - again according to Michael Rosen and others. Noggin the Nog was yet another Oliver Postgate vehicle.

Yes, 8 is false. No Wombles for Mrs T at No 10.

9 is false. The idea about characters in Pugwash being called Seaman Stains and other "naughty" things is an urban myth which was popular in playgrounds at the time.

2- I will give you true as it is more or less true - no fires in Trumpton - and for precisely the reason you say although I would also have allowed false as a naked flame was successfully animated in episode 8 for the abortive lighting of a bonfire.

3. Yes, the rapper and Penelope Pitstop - true.

4. You are sadly wrong on 4. It is true. Zag cross dresses a lot and shows a liking of other women's things.

5. Yes, true - Bert and Ernie were into recycling - and indeed also saving water.

6 - Yes, true and the murder in Spongebob does involve a fish but it is too long a story to go into here.

7- Kinnock and the Flintstones - as previously confirmed this is false.

8 - Mary Mungo and Midge - a first in an urban setting - yes, true.

9. You are wrong. Astonishingly this is true. Miss Piggy first appeared (with a much softer voice) on television in 1974 singing with musician Herb Alpert and her second appearance was one year later in a programme called "The Muppet Show : Sex and Violence". It was a pilot - and a parody on......well, sex and violence.

10 - Teletubbies living after a nuclear bomb in Albania - that is actually true.
