There's gales of laughter after every joke. Either they're dreadful with canned laughter or they've released laughing gas into the audience.
The Green Green Grass - Series 3 Page 3
They turn the levels on the audience microphones up far too high for comfort.
I like it. I can play 'Guess the punchline'. I spotted the 'dual personalities, I didn't know he had ONE!' line a mile off. The 'violence in Peckham' joke didn't go under the radar before it appeared either.
Really quite poor.
If someone in the audience coughed slightly it would sound like a hyrdogen bomb had gone off in the studio.

Poor - so disappointed.
It's Friday and I want to laugh.
Predictable jokes & storyline tonight, with some bits that just didn't make sense (like why Brian couldn't see that the woman was wearing the wrong clothes). Now I know that Friday night 8:30 comedies are pretty 'safe', but this just seemed a little below par compared to other shows in this timeslot. Saying that, I thought June Whitfield was great as Marlene's mother.

Watch the Newsnight Review.
I was only half-watching, but the one thing I did notice was the reference to "going down to Dixons in the morning". Which is of course impossible, since Dixons is now a purely e-brand.
Taped it, I will watch it tomorrow

They also referred to someone in Coronation Street that has left/changed their name/got married/something like that a long time ago too (I'm sure someone that watches it will be able to say)
I thought that it was watchable nonsense. There were some genuinely good jokes and some genuinely awful ones.

Gail has been married a few times on Corrie and I doubt many people can keep track of her surname now.
Just watched this weeks episode, it was quite funny but not as good as last weeks. Great guest appearance from Ricky Hatton.
Better guest appearance from Junie.
Does anybody know the name of the theme tune and who sings it?
