Fry's Five Centres. Similar in look to the long-established Fry's Chocolate Cream and Fry's Peppermint Cream. which are still available, but, as you say, a different flavour in each piece.
They were very nice but not the ones in thinking of.

Strawberry shape, orange shape etc.
Was it the Milk Tray Bar?
I distinctly remember it being a bit of a treat - maybe only coming out Christmas time??

Yes, there was another one, apart from the Fry's Five Centres, but for the life of me I cannot think of what it was called or who made it.

It WAS Milk Tray.
This picture was obviously taken after decimalisation - being 10p but I remember chocolate machines
on the wall that were a shilling a go.
It was pot luck which bar you got.
There was a Tiffin bar that had small biscuit balls in the chocolate and one that had 3 thin layers of dark chocolate, white chocolate and milk chocolate. I can't remember what that was called.

Yes, and Ah well, time marches on - I'd convinced myself it was a different brand. It's an age thing, you know. 
WHY, I couldn't find that before, I've no idea, but here's wrapper with the back of it showing the flavours
I remember 5 Boys, 5 centres, Tiffin, Caramac, Spangles etc. but the Milk Tray bar is a complete blank. But the decimal price suggests it was after my chocolate days of the 50's and 60's.
By 1971 it was Park Drive and Double Diamond. 
A double diamond works wonder so drink one today.
