What's in a name?

At Buckingham palace, the queen and Charles are talking in sombre mood.

QUEEN: One cannot help feeling a little disappointed that Harry and Meghan have rejected the title 'Earl of Dumbarton' for little Archie.
CHARLES: Yes. They say because it contains the word 'dumb' it's likely to give rise to unflattering nicknames. I can't see it myself.
QUEEN: I've offered an alternative.
CHARLES: Really?
QUEEN: 'Duke of Sc**thorpe'.
(Silence for a few seconds before the queen's mouth begins to twitch)
(Charles's face also begins to lose its seriousness and they both burst out laughing uproariously).

Tight,Topical and Titillating and with twist of malice, Not bad at all for five lines.

More of a performance point, really.
I like the idea of Her Maj doing the line deadpan then exiting - leaving Charles to do a slow-burn as he works it out.
Nice, though.

Thanks, Teddy.
Thanks, Lazzard. Your ending looks fine to me.

Tidy topical repurposing of a classic old gag, nice.
