Not many good write ups about this on the IMDb, but I sort of enjoyed it and apparently it was once one of the "75 Most Wanted" films listed by the British Film Institute as "Missing, believed lost". Clearly it has been found, although obviously damaged as small chunks are missing and the sound track is mushy with a constant low hiss.
Starring Jimmy Hanley, who I blow hot and cold on and the vivacious (not my cup of tea) raven haired beauty Patricia Medina, who I'd never heard of - married to Richard Greene, divorced and went to America where she was married to Joseph Cotton, until his death.
Sort of three-way tug of love between those two and posh rich twit played Claud Allister, who has the face and manner ideally suited for these type of parts.
Just about worth watching if only to see a 16 year old Jean Simmons, in her second year of films, playing Medina's sister
