Well I now Kelvin as he used to be in Emmerdale and won Strictly but the other 3 not a clue except one of them looked like Boys Keep Swinging era Bowie on the first night.

Yes, clearly patronising Armstrong is rubbing off on him - " 4 famous faces". Really? I didn't know who any of them were. Either I'm dumb (Watch it!) or TV is getting dumber - I know what I fink.

Why does there have to be an either / or?

Another four "famous faces" I've never heard of, but at least they all seem to be a bit of a laugh.
(Excuse me? Famous where??)

Well, Nick Moran is quite famous, to be fair. He starred in the film Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, which I've seen countless times (well, about four times, but I can only count up to three).

I thought that was Vinnie Jones.

Oh of course, silly me - that film from 24 years ago, that I have a vague recollection of watching. Wow, that does make him famous.

Well, maybe Moran wasn't the only lead, there were various sub-plots which tied together involving several characters, etc... Anyway, the point is that he's more famous than Hercules is suggesting IMO. (Apparently he was also in the Harry Potter films, but I haven't seen them...)

24 years ago is pretty recent compared to most of your cultural references, Hercules! ?

Before even seeing your post I was thinking exactly the same. I do actually recognise Anabelle Lamb.

I've never seen it, nor want to.

Now we all know the façade of Richard saying something like "shall we all play the same again tomorrow?" to the famous faces is a load of bollocks, and yesterday they let proof slip out (if it were needed) when he said to one of the famous faces "Well, I bet you didn't think you'd be putting two words like that together, this morning"

Do you at least recognise Milton Jones from this week's famous faces, Hercules?

OK, I know of him, but famous? I'm afraid, as I've said previous, RO has got the AA disease he caught on Pointless of overstating how famous or good (for plebs) are on the show. I gave up watching Pointless well over a year ago, as AA was getting on my tits with his gushing.

They both want to get it in perspective, and to prove my point, have you ever seen anyone really famous on the show? No - because this show is for Z list "celebrities"

I would say that Milton is a long way higher than Z list.

OK, Q then

I understand that Richard Osman tweeted (whatever that means) this morning that he is leaving Pointless to concentrate on his writing. Still intends doing Pointless Celebrities & House of Games though.
