I was a big fan of Peter Sellers and I can't recall him being in a TV Sitcom (I'm happy to be corrected though), but I do wonder what he would have made of playing some of the great sitcom characters we've seen had he lived or been born in a different era for example Derek Trotter or Victor Meldrew.
