The third of Norman Wisdom films. I personally love this one. I really enjoy the plot of him becoming a delegate and him voting for the wrong thing, and the chaos that happens is hilarious. I really love the TV chase and the romance between him and Penny.

Yes, one of my favourites too, with the trying to take a passport photo being one of the funniest things I've ever seen on film.
Every time, without fail it has me in stitches with tears of laughter running down my cheeks. When he's trying everything not to laugh is absolutely hysterical............................
