Pardon The Expression

I've just watched the series on DVD for the first time and thought it was quite good. Really liked it, I thought I wouldn't since I don't like Coronation Street, but it was really good, quite unusual for both series to have the amount of episodes it did. Series 1 had 12 episodes and series 2 had 24 episodes. Good characters, interesting to see the manager character changed between series 1 and 2. Nice series, very pleasant to watch. What are your thoughts on it?

In its early years, many of Coronation Street's writers were sitcom writers.

I'm not sure if I've ever seen Series 2 of Pardon The Expression, but I really enjoyed Series 1. It's definitely one I want to revisit soon.

If you like Series 1 then you will like Series 2, only difference is the manager of the store is a different character. But the new manager is similar to the manager in the 1st series.

I like the sound of it. At least he didn't have to say Papadopoulos.
