The Headless Ghost (1959)

The fact it was only just over and hour long made me stick with this load of hokum. God it was awful, and didn't have one redeeming feature, featuring a wooden Richard Lyon (adopted son of Ben Lyon and Bebe Daniels) in his last film of a short career and the only other face I recognised was Jack Allen, and that was because I'd recently seen him in "Man from Tangier" ( see previous)

From the IMDb, here's what one of the writers thought of it:

"Cohen later said in an interview that 'We knocked out that picture very, very fast; that's why the running time is so short, like sixty-five minutes ... In fact, we started Headless Ghost as I was still finishing Black Museum (not a bad horror flick actually), editing and cutting it. But I honestly don't recall too much else about this picture, it was so bad.' Cohen later admitted that the film was unfunny and that he 'never liked' it."

Nuff said.
