So not Ben who always spoke in the third person.

Just started watching the re-run of the second series and have to say I'm quite enjoying it now I've watched the 2nd episode as I wasn't too sure to start with

I rewatched it out of order as I could only find S2 on NowTV then saw that iPlayer had the whole thing. I really enjoyed Wilkinson and Earl's deft writing and the characters were nicely nuanced. I know that Bobby Ball died after S1 but replacing him with Gregor Fisher as the same character in S2 was rather clunky - I suppose that Sue wouldn't have remarried straight away and they needed Ray to be David's biological father in order to 'justify' his bullying ways. David's autistic isn't he? It's an accurate portrayal anyway.
