This is a really strange series. I like the premise but the dialogue seems very forced. The comedy isn't funny enough but the drama is too light.

Just watched Series 2.
This really seems just to have been thrown together w/o a plan.
Bare plot with an army of 80s hits to awkwardly transition to the next scene.
It's like they didn't have enough script to fill a meagre three episode series and just awkwardly edited around that fact.
Sophie Thompson is her usual quirky best but the rest....
And to end it hinging on a third series is taking the piss at this point.
