Al Murray's Great British Pub Quiz Page 2

It's a decent show and a pretty good quiz, trump card as usual is Al himself. Shaun Williamson is a very good choice as barman. Reminds me of 70s telly when shows set in pubs and clubs used to be quite popular such as Tappers and Wheelshunters Social Club (bet that's wrong) and the Fred Trueman hosted one.

Fred Trueman hosted one.

"The Indoor League" - not so much a quiz as a competition in all manner of pub "sports". Darts of course, and shove h'penny, skittles, arm wrestling(?)...................summat like that anyway - there were loads of obscure ones and what I remember was everyone was glugging down loads of beer and all smoking. Fred usually had his pipe stoked up. :D

Seethee.

Still really enjoying this. :D

Ditto, and even more so this time round - funny and informative.

Still giving me plenty of laughs, with Al being so sharp.

The "Beat the Barman" was unusual this week.
