Help identifying sitcom (UK, 80s/90s)

I'm at my wits end trying to find info on this show (and trying to recall the title), hoping someone can help! Otherwise, I'll have to conclude that I imagined the whole thing.

80s, possibly early 90s sitcom - think it was ITV

Intro was a group of women singing a choral song, while a man played piano

Only bit of the lyrics I remember is "...like womanhood at its very best"

I think the man on the piano was called Mr Price?

Women may have been in the local WI.

I will be eternally grateful if anyone remembers this!
