We're talking 90s or early 00's and if I remember correctly it was a piss take of Michael Winner.
Michael Winner would be sat in a restaurant. He'd be Name-dropping mainly. And he used to say "I'm Michael winner, I've directed x films etc etc" to anyone who would listen.
Can't remeber who did it or what show it was on or anything. Anyone help me out?

I can't think of what else it could be because if there was a parody of him it would be easy to find on IMDB. Maybe it was one of his restaurant shows and you fell asleep while he was chatting to other patrons 
I liked Michael Winner because he was an honest chap and didn't take himself too seriously.
I feel like Vic and Bob did something like that once.
I'm feel there was something like this in Little Britain.
