I'm going sealion in my old age but it took me until tea time to get the metal detector sketch
When I asked my mate to make that sketch with me he said yes straight away, and then he asked me what the punchline was, when I explained it to him he said he didn't like it very much but his friends might like it.
Smart them Carlos you're like wine , your're getting better with age and I bet you would go well with Caerphilly cheese ,

Thanks Beaky, the first one is the one I like the most, it allowed me to put the punchline at the very end of the sketch which makes me happier.

The metal detector sketch falls into that exalted category of sketches which end with the audience thinking "I don't get that. Oh, wait - yes I do!" There's no better feeling.
