Current sitcoms?

I don't watch TV so have no clue what's on.

Anyone can recommend a good CURRENT sitcoms and what channels they're on? :)

Of the ones currently showing new episodes, I recommend Friday Night Dinner on Channel 4 and Episodes on BBC2. Car Share on BBC1 is also good, they're just doing two specials at the moment to end it after the 2 series. The second series of it is on iPlayer as well if you're interested.

As for a fairly recent comedy, Detectorists is repeating on BBC 2 in a few minutes

Didn't you write this same message elsewhere?

Yes: https://www.comedy.co.uk/forums/thread/33544/ But that was then, this is now.

maybe US "Barry" sitcom could be considered as a good contemporary one

Yes! Bill Hader is fantastic in everything he's in but the fact that he created, wrote, directed and stars in such a good comedy takes a rare talent.
